How Early should I arrive to my appointment?-
please be here 10-15 minutes before your appointment. If you are late we may have to deduct time depending on how late you are and how busy it is. We can reschedule your appointment for free if needed.
Do I have to sign a wavier
Yes and it will be emailed to your party once your reservation has been created. Click BOOK NOW at the top of the page to start this process!
Will there be other people in the room?-
NO. All of our rooms are private so it will be you and whoever you bring in the room.
How many people can play?-
Each room requires a minimum of 2 players with a maximum of 10.
Do I need a reservation and how do I book a room?
Yes, reservations are required and must be made online. We recommend booking online or giving us a call before coming in so we can guarantee you a spot! Click the βBook Nowβ button at the top of this page to book a room.
What is the age limit?
Escape rooms can be played by all ages. The game is best suited for 12 and up however younger players are welcome. Participant(s) 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Participants under 16 must have their waiver signed by an adult.
Am I really locked in a room?
Yes and No! You are hypothetically locked in the room. For you and your groups safety, you can walk out of the room whenever you need to. However, if you leave the room your time does not stop. So please use the bathroom before you enter :)
Do you offer Military discount?
Yes we do! If inquiring about the discount please call for it to be applied and we do require identification to be shown for each individual.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We at the Beach Escape Game are happy to accommodate schedule changes and cancellations, as long as they are made 24 hours in advance. With our current hours and room placement structure, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations that are made less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled room time. We appreciate your understanding!
